2. Description of Small Tft Monitor
ChengHao Display model CH400WV19A is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This model is composed of a TFT LCD panel, a driving IC, a back-light and FPC.
This TFT LCD has a 3.95 (Square screen) inch diagonally measured active display area with 480*480 pixel. The driver used for this project is the ST7701 and can display 65k/262k/16.7M colors by inputting RGB signal . The driver is mounted on the glass and the interconnection via FPC including components to drive the display module. The module adopts IPS / Transmissive / Normally Black display mode, which enables it to have a full viewing angle. White LEDs with 8 Pcs are used in the backlight assembly As a backlight, this enables its brightness to reach 350 cd/m2.
In addition, FPC can also be customized according to customer requirements, such as modifying back-light and interface definition, etc.
